Sorry for not being able to update the past few days. I've been taken over by the sleep syndrome. Lately, God knows what is happening to me that I just don't seem to get out of bed. And I'm freeked about it! LOL.
Well lets start from where we left! On Tuesday I was having my maths test remember? The maths test only had 3 pathetic questions which I knew the answer to when I left the tutorial room. LOL. But I do know that I got my 2nd question right and there is a possiblility that I might just pass on the dot. Haha. The thing is out lecturer kinda like mixed up the questions. There happened to be 2 sets of quizzes and thankfully the one I got seemed easier. Haha. And by the way, I managed to find a a way to actually remember the octal and hexa decimal numbers. Haha, thanks Jun Wei.
Well after that stupid quiz which I messed up, we had a lecture and when we got in, out space was already taken over by a bunch of idiots... And that pissed me even more. What more, I heard that they told my classmate to get lost! I really wish batman could have given a smack on their head for saying that! I wasn't very happy about that, furthermore they were so noisy and they were a huge distraction to my noise!!! I was trying to get Salina's attention and thanks to them, what I wanted to say most of the time got lost!!! Oh and someone so smart in my class decided to skip lessons. Not fair!!
Oh and did I mention that during my 3 hours break, I had to spend an hour at the police station, or in fact more than that, to give my statement and close my granny's MIA case. LOL. It was really funny la, all the procedures and stuff...
Wednesday was really a bit crappy day. Well I couldn't get up. And then I was supposed to get Jash some satay stick, but i got her tuna stick, so when I gave them to her, she herself in a bad mood, just threw them to me... Well next I saw Fathiah, and I pulled her hair and apparently I messed it all up, well I didn't get much of a welcome from her, so I decided I didn't want to do or say anything to spoil her mood. Well after that, things got better I suppose. But sadly I had to miss my CCA and PD because of my blood donation thingy... Oh yea! I donated blood on the 6th May 2009. Just imagine my happiness yeah?! Well it wansn't so painful at all.
First we had to fill us the usual template for the Swine flu thingy, got our temeratures taken, filled up a blood donors form, and then sat to see a lady who kinda types everything down into a laptop, then we go and see the doctor who checks our pressure and goes through the form and then we see a nurse I guess who kinda uses a stapler like thingy and punches the finger to get bloog till it fills a straw, and so in the process she squeezes real hard and all. Well then finally we wait to donate blood la. Haha. Well it was my turn like almost 2-3 hours of waiting because of the long queue. And when I got to the high chairs, I just closed my eyes la and then this very nice lady came to me and asked if I was sleeping and I explained that it was my 1st time donating blood and she said that the people say the previous station is even more painful than this. Haha, what a joke. But all the while, she was keeping me occupied with her talk. She first injected a painkiller which kinda felt like a little bite, then she left me for a while. I knew that the big needle, the size of a thumb, was coming soon. Well she came back and and I just turned away thinking she was just getting all the tubes ready and all and then she just said that its done. And I look at my hand, and I see a tube carrying my blood, into that bag! So it was painless!!! I mean, it was a huge needle, the size of my thumb mind you, and it just went in, painless, no feeling at all!!! And I was so happy, smilling and all, towards the end, I started feeling giddy and I closed my eyes. I told the nurse I was giddy, and she got me into a weird position, I think they took out more blood from me, because my bag was close to full while other's didn't have such full bags, but anyway the doctor came, check my pressure and said since its my first time I'm bound to feel that way and all. Well I simple took rest a while and after that i thought I was feeling better and decided to go on my way. Well then I started feeling quite bad, so I alighted at Yishun and took a bus home. Gosh the giddy feeling was horrible. Then I got home, and went straight to bed. Though I had to go through the ordeal of dizzyness and a bit of pain, I guess I'm proud of what I did that day!! My dad donated blood at the age of 18 and me his daughter donated blood at the age of 16. By the time I'm eligible to donate blood, 3 months later, I'll be 17. LOL. And I'll be a champion blood donor just like my dad, maybe even a bigger champion them him. I'll control my blood donation in Poly to twice a year and once I graduate, I'll move on to donation 3 times a year. Gosh I was very happy with my certificate that I got, probably might even frame and hang it up. LOL. Well yeah in the evening Jash came over with homemade Mango Juice. Granny fed me dinner. Mum gave me some coconut to eat and drink. LOL. All the attention I was getting. I didn't do anything else but eat and sleep and visit the restroom. But I'm fine now. And I'm very happy too.
Today I've got French class, with a new french teacher, who is from france. LOL. So I'm excited because finally the girls in my class might get some motivation to learn french. LOL. I better get going now, might update later tonight. Au'Revoir.
