I'm done!! Finally after the long hours of trying to fit together eveything, I'm done. So here's a toast to the new blog skin. Haha =)
Today me and mummy went to Chong Pang to the POSB back to settle the giro. Then had breafast where a rude shock awaited me!! Roti Prata has increased by 30cents. Tea has increased by 40cents. Gosh! My mum and I vowed never to eat out. ~ Mum went home after that while I went for my medical checkup. Well wasn't so crowded. Saw Vignesh, Sharas' friend. We met before at Sharas' house for deepavali, and we clicked well. LOL. Spoke a few words with her, seems like she got into Nanyang JC, couldn't get teh science course so she is doing biomedical at SP...then saw Nasir. He probably didn't recongise me, but I couldn't be bothered. ~ I started off with an X-ray. I had to fill up a form which asked me for my LPD and when I wrote Jan, the two guys looked at me as if I had done something wrong. One of them asked me if I got my LP last month and I said NO. And he eyed me suspiciously. I never did anything and I'm not pregnant!! LOL. Then he gave me a gown, told me to go to the room which looked like a closet and change into the robe. Gosh I went in and I saw the thing that said please remove bra and jewellery, and I was like *What??* I mean there were 2 guys out there, no lady in sight, and I had to wear this?? Aiyoyo. So yeah I had no idea how to wear the robe because the instructions were not clear and I was inside there for up to 10mins figuring how to wear it. Then I came out, went to the guy and he brought me to the room, told me to stand against a machine and it was done... I spent 10mins for a 2 second X-Ray?? So mad!! ~ After changing I went to the other side to a nurse, who did not look like a nurse because she was dressed like a lady who works at popular bookshop. The nurse checked my height and weight. I apparently grew 1 cm!! From a 174 to a 1 75cm. Yay! LOL. Anyway after that she did my eye check and then gave me a plastic cup along with some indicator thingy, told me to fill the cup with about 1/4 urine. dip the indicator into it, then throw away the cup. YUCK! Sorry, but I felt grossed out. So I went to the toilet and I sat there for a few minutes until it showed up. I did the procedure and went out to see the nurse MIA. Aiyoyo, so I had to hold the indicator for like a few minutes till she came, then she told me to sit down. I calculated my BMI and I heaved a sigh of relief to know that I fall under the healthy weight category! So that simply means that I'm not FAT ok PK?!!! ~ After about 15minutes the doctor came and did checks. Thank God she was a famale because she started touching me at the wrong places. LOL. ~ And I was done, got lost at causeway trying to locate the UOB bank, finally found it at the Civic Centre where I did my medical check up itself. Then I got home...
Gosh I just vomitted... Yuck, its such a horrible feeling, all that rice and rasam came out eventually. Now I think I can go back to bed. I feel better now.
